A playful round foil balloon with a bright multicolor striped border makes an instant celebratory statement-the perfect Congrats balloon to lift someone's spirits for a graduation, promotion, or just because. The center field features a light gray dotted background and large script "Congrats" lettering surrounded by scattered star graphics; its bold party palette of Pink, Yellow, Blue and mixed color accents reads as cheerful and unmistakably festive for a Thinking of You moment.
Made as a standalone decorative piece to pair with flowers or to send on its own, this foil balloon holds helium and adds height and color to any gift delivery around Portland, OR. It's ideal for saying you're proud of someone, celebrating a milestone, or brightening a day when you want them to feel seen. Order with same-day local delivery when available and follow the simple care tip to keep it afloat: keep it indoors away from sharp edges and extreme heat for best longevity.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
