Our shop is closed for a family event Friday 11/7- Monday 11/10. Thursday 11/6 we close early at 1:00pm and we will resume our normal schedule Tuesday 11/11.
Our delivery driver is making their route for pre-planned orders, events, & memorial- however we will not be in the shop to take orders.

Please provide all the correct information for the recipient, phone number, units, business names and hours, etc. on your order. If you would like them delivered by a specific time, please call ahead to confirm that it is possible for us to accommodate, & leave in the special instructions. Business deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm, unless earlier timer is approved, home deliveries depending on how busy the day is could be delivered until 6pm. Please leave any special instructions if you need delivery or design accommodations, as we always try our best to honor those.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My medical technician was thrilled with the flowers and balloon. She said they made her day. I only wish Flowers in Flight would snap a picture of the actual order so you can see what was delivered. So, I cant comment on the actual bouquet. I can say, ordering was easy. Payment was easy. Delivered as requested. And, they sent a confirmation. So, they seem to be a real good florist (hard to find). I will use them again and will suggest to others.

I live in NH, ordered flowers for my daughter in Portland, OR. They didn't have the white roses but called me 5 minutes after I placed the order online with a suggestion for a substitute. They were very friendly and my daughter said it was a beautiful arrangement. Will definitely use them again!

The bouquet was quite similar to the one pictured, beautifully selected for the season and for freshness. The option of next-day delivery is so appreciated. I included a message and only a few moments after ordering I realized I made a typo. It was after business hours and I live across the country so I wasn't sure if my email about it would go through. To my surprise and delight they took the time and care to fix it before delivery. Wonderful service and business, would highly recommend.
