A cheerful round foil balloon with black polka dots and a scalloped white border-this Polka Dot Birthday Balloon is a playful, no-fuss way to make the person you're thinking of smile. It reads "Happy Birthday" in bright yellow script and is sprinkled with small printed flowers in yellow, red, purple, and peach tones, giving it a party-ready pop of color that works beautifully for birthdays, congrats moments, or "just because" surprises.
This is a non-floral gift item that pairs easily with bouquets or stands perfectly on its own when you want to send a quick, uplifting greeting. The bold pink, white, yellow, and black palette reads festive from across the room and complements a wide range of arrangements if you add flowers from Portland, OR's local selection.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
