I'm in Central Illinois, and I recently ordered flowers from Flowers in Flight to be delivered to a grieving family in Portland, and I’m so grateful I chose them instead of a big national chain. The website was incredibly easy to navigate, and the ordering process was quick and simple — no fuss, no upsell pressure. While I wasn’t able to confirm delivery directly (since I don’t have the recipient’s contact details), I trust they arrived as promised.
