Please provide all the correct information for the recipient, phone number, units, business names and hours, etc. on your order. If you would like them delivered by a specific time, please call ahead to confirm that it is possible for us to accommodate, & leave in the special instructions. Business deliveries are guaranteed by 5pm, unless earlier timer is approved, home deliveries depending on how busy the day is could be delivered until 6pm. Please leave any special instructions if you need delivery or design accommodations, as we always try our best to honor those.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
